HIPOWER SYSTEMS Names Darryl Rider as Director of Product Support

With nearly seven years industry experience in operations management, Rider will helm all aspects of product support including after-sales service, technical support and both field and factory training.

Having worked with customers in the power generation and construction equipment rental industries, Rider has garnered experience on both local and national levels. Prior to joining HIPOWER in 2012, Rider worked as service manager for Hertz Equipment Rental, an international leader in large equipment rental, where he oversaw the maintenance and repair of a very robust fleet of construction equipment. He also held roles in branch management and sales that focused on customer satisfaction, employee development, and company profitability.
