Clark has joined the company as Executive Managing Director of Discovery Services.

Clark comes to Hire Counsel with extensive industry experience in solving discovery and review challenges as both an attorney with an Am Law 100 law firm and as a Senior Vice President of Consulting and Client Relations with multiple leading litigation service providers. In addition to his background as an accomplished eDiscovery practitioner, Clark also is an active industry leader who currently serves on the DC Bar Litigation Section’s Steering Committee, on the Masters Conference Advisory Board, and on the Legal Technology Professionals Institute (LPTI) Advisory Board. Additionally, he plays an active role with The Sedona Conference, advancing Defensibility of Process with Working Group 1.
At Hire Counsel, Clark will help clients manage their data-driven discovery requirements with a combination of electronic discovery and managed review services to help legal departments and law firms increase effectiveness while controlling costs.
An active member of the Bar in Illinois and the District of Columbia, as well as a Solicitor in England and Wales, Clark is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB). Clark also serves as an Advisory Board Member for his Alma Mater, Chicago Kent College of Law’s eDiscovery Institute, and has provided pro bono representation to veterans at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
