Hireology Partners with Nonprofit to Offer Its Platform Pro Bono
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 10, 2014 -- Hireology, a full-suite hiring platform for franchises and large corporations, announced today a new client partnership with Texas-based nonprofit Our Little Blessings. The nonprofit will use Hireology to recruit volunteers and implement consistent hiring practices. Hireology will provide its platform to Our Little Blessing pro bono.

Our Little Blessings provides parents with a highly trained team of professionals to help with medical case management, counseling, and spiritual support. The organization was founded by Reagan Lynch and his wife Alicia in 2012. Lynch, who is blind and uses a screen reader, was initially interested in Hireology because the platform is fully accessible for the visually impaired. Throughout the partnership, Lynch will work with Hireology developers to help the company continue to deliver an optimized experience for visually impaired users.
“I myself am blind, and as the person responsible for hiring staff and recruiting volunteers, an accessible hiring solution is important to me. After evaluating the Hireology platform I was impressed at how well it worked with screen readers. As an organization working to help children with disabilities and special needs it is important that we also have accessible solutions to support employing disabled staff and volunteers,” said Lynch. “After Hireology offered their platform to Our Little Blessings for free, we had a series of interesting conversations with their team about how we can improve hiring accessibility for people with disabilities, and we are excited about our partnership.”
