His House/New Creation Addiction Treatment Centers Celebrates Holidays With A Party At The DoubleTree Hotel In Ontario, CA
Ontario, CA (PRWEB) December 31, 2013 -- His House/New Creation residential treatment centers recently held a holiday party at the Doubletree Hotel in Ontario, California. The party was sponsored in part by Millennium Laboratories, and featured food, entertainment and a guest speaker.
The Mary Lind Gospel Choir kicked off the event with some classic Christmas tunes. Their performance was followed by a message from speaker Herb Kaighan, whose topic was “Spirituality, Recovery and the Holiday Season.” Immediately following Mr. Kaighan’s speech, an optional tour of the facility was offered to interested parties.
The event allowed those involved with either center, whether as a patient, former patient or staff member, to interact with one another and receive some much-needed support for the Christmas season. Admission to the event was free to invitees, with a limited number of seats being available.
In holding this event, chairperson Mike DeWees stated that “many addicts and recovering addicts have an especially difficult time during the Christmas season, and by sponsoring this event, we hope to provide them with the support they need to make it through the season. Everyone who attended this event seemed inspired and encouraged, so we are confident that by holding our holiday party, we have made a positive difference.”
