Brunswick, Georgia (PRWEB) February 19, 2016 -- At the recent Golden Isles Association of REALTORS (GIAR) 78th Annual Awards Gala, Stephanie Foster-Webb, Associate Broker at Hodnett Cooper Real Estate was honored with the REALTOR of the Year award.

Each year, GIAR accepts nomination ballots for REALTOR of the Year. Eligibility criteria include a combination of factors including business accomplishments, high standard of ethics, civic activity and participation in the local, state and national associations.

Stephanie has been a top producing agent at Hodnett Cooper Real Estate for a number of years and consistently remains in the top tier of her profession. It is a testament to her dedication to her buyers and sellers and the type of agent Stephanie is, that she earned this recognition. The Golden Isles MLS shows her having 79 closed sales in 2015 and a total sales volume of $13,271,885 which equals 1.57% of the transactions in the MLS.

Stephanie is actively involved with the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS. She has served on the Board of Directors and also served as the Chairman of the Circle of Excellence Committee in 2012 and 2013. She actively participates in a variety of REALTOR Association activities including educational opportunities. Stephanie is also a RPAC Sterling R member and stays informed and involved with private property issues affecting the real estate industry both locally and nationally.

Stephanie is committed to her community and has served as a volunteer at CB Greer Elementary for several years dedicating her time and resources. She also supports and contributes to a number of local charitable organizations.
