Hoffmann Family Purchases Naples Transportation & Tours
NAPLES, Fla., May 24, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Hoffmann family has announced the acquisition of Naples Transportation & Tours ("NT&T"), a leading provider of limousine and charter bus transportation in Naples, Florida and other Gulf Coast destinations. The purchase of NT&T expands the Hoffmanns' investment in Naples businesses, now grown to over $400 million in commercial real estate and business ownership.
Established in 1988, NT&T manages a fleet of over 100 vehicles including luxury limousines, stretch SUVs, buses and party buses, Segways, and classically-styled trolley cars. The company's reputation for excellence has led to partnerships with prominent resorts, such as the Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples, Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa, Marco Island Hilton Beach Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Marco Island Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, and Naples Grande Beach Resort & Spa. To enhance NT&T's capacity and service, the Hoffmanns plan to build a new company headquarters on an eleven-acre parcel in Naples.
In addition to the NT&T acquisition, the Hoffmanns, through their private family office Osprey Capital LLC, recently became owners of Sunmaster of Naples, Adelheidi's Organic Sweets, Naples Princess Cruises, and The Bevy restaurant. The Hoffmanns are also the largest owner of commercial real estate in Naples with a majority of its 27 properties concentrated on Fifth Avenue and Third Avenue South.
