HomeCorp Property Group Announces $500 Million Community on the Capricorn Coast
(PRWEB) April 01, 2014 -- HomeCorp Group CEO, Mr Ron Bakir, has welcomed the master plan approval of 950 lots from Rockhampton Regional Council.
Bakir said the future community currently known as the ‘Pineapple Patch’ region will be transformed over the next eight to ten years into a fully master planned community.
“The project site, currently known as Pineapple Patch, will become one of the Capricorn Coast’s most aspirational addresses for over 950 families.
“As a ground breaking $500 million community, it will feature in excess of 25 hectares of green open space, which is approximately four MCGs worth of parklands.
“Rockhampton and surrounds are seeing continued economic growth and population increase due to its lifestyle opportunities and housing affordability.
“We thank Rockhampton Regional Council for their proactive approach and desire for community growth.
“HomeCorp Group’s new community will be launched in early 2014 under a new name and identity paying tribute to the heritage of the site and casting a vision towards an aspirational future.
“We expect this community will be home to 2500 people and create more than 500 job opportunities throughout its almost 10 year construction period.
