Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) July 18, 2014 -- On July 1, 2014, Honest-1 Auto Care will revolutionize the industry by becoming the first national full-service auto care company to institute a nationwide 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty on repairs. This new nationwide warranty gives their customers the ability to have covered warranty coverage and service at over 35,000 authorized repair facilities across the country!

This added assurance further demonstrates Honest-1’s focus on innovation aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

“We want our customers to feel at home the moment they enter an Honest-1 Auto Care,” Honest-1 Chief Operating Officer Rissy Sutherland said. “By introducing our one-of-a kind, 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty, we are showing our customers in a new and meaningful way that they are our partner and that we stand behind our work no matter where they are so that our customers can have the comfort of peace of mind in their repair needs. Every Honest-1 Auto Care location will participate in the 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty program, and the added benefit to the customer is free of charge. On the off chance that a select part does not perform as expected, the customer will call a toll free number and be referred to a nearby repair shop where the part will be replaced at no cost. In fact, there are nearly 35,000 shops in the United States where Honest-1 Auto Care customers can get the repair taken care of.

“Our goal is to be the first and only choice for car owners,” Sutherland said. “This warranty is a major differentiator for Hontest-1, giving customers peace of mind that our parts and services are built to last.”

The 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty, along with the company’s 24-hour roadside assistance plan, clearly shows that Honest-1 Auto Care is looking out for its customers.

In addition, Honest-1 utilizes technology to review repairs with their customers by showing the customer their vehicle and service issues in a 3-D interface so that they may visually see their vehicle needs, and not just hear it from a service manager.
