Hope For The Warriors® Announces Run For The Warriors® 2015 Race Series to Honor Service Members
Annandale, VA (PRWEB) January 22, 2015 -- Hope For The Warriors® is excited to announce the 2015 Run For The Warriors® race schedule. Run For The Warriors® races are unique events dedicated to the men and women wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan, their families, and families of the fallen. It is a celebration of their strength and resolve and a promise to continue restoring self, family, and hope.
The goal of each race is to establish a long-term understanding and respect for the needs of local military families in their communities. The Run For The Warriors® race series also provides wounded service members encouragement and the opportunity to pursue the sport of running, walking, or cycling to assist in their physical and emotional rehabilitation. Distances for each event vary but often include 10K, 5K, and 1-Mile Walk/Runs.
