Hopkins and Porter Construction, Inc Launches New Customer Rewards Program
Potomac, MD (PRWEB) January 08, 2015 -- Hopkins and Porter Construction, Inc is happy to announce the debut of their new customer rewards program, which will showcase their appreciation for long-term customers and repeat clients.
"We have a great appreciation for all the clients we do business with, especially our repeat customers who often refer us to other people in the area," said Todd McPhee, the Special Project Coordinator of Hopkins and Porter Construction, Inc.
McPhee had mentioned the rewards program to the rest of the company months ago as something fun that they could do to give back to their loyal customers, yet simultaneously keep it simple on the company's end. The Hopkins and Porter Construction, Inc team then put their heads together and came up with the H&P Dollars system.
It works simply enough. At the end of the year, Hopkins and Porter Construction, Inc has an annual report spreadsheet stating how much each client spent on Handyman projects. Based on that amount, Hopkins and Porter Construction, Inc will give the client a certain amount of H&P Dollars -- rewards cash -- which they can either spend themselves, or give away to friends or family.
"If you spend $1,000, you get $50, if you spend $5,000, you get $100, if you spend $10,000, you’ll get $150," explained McPhee. "This is basically a no-lose marketing plan for all involved, from company to customer."
Once Hopkins and Porter Construction, Inc has analyzed the data from their end of the year report, they will send out the H&P Dollars to those who have used their services the most. Clients who receive H&P Dollars must use them before the end of the calendar year, and must use them on top of their most recent purchase. Though the H&P Dollars program can be applied to any service -- design, build, and special projects -- the rewards can only be applied to one project, not split up among others. For example, it couldn't be divided between a deck remodel and a new interior home design project.
"This is a way to show appreciation for our clients; we want them to feel special and valued," said McPhee. "I think this program will be received positively. People will hopefully appreciate the sentiment behind it; even though it’s not the biggest of discounts, it’s the fact that we want to do what we can to show how much we appreciate their business."
