HOT HULA Fitness MATUA Announces Agreement with American Specialty Health Fitness and Silver&Fit
San Diego, Calif. (PRWEB) November 24, 2014 -- HOT HULA fitness® MATUA, an exercise program offered through Anna-Rita Sloss Enterprises, LLC, has established an agreement with the Silver&Fit® exercise and healthy aging program to offer its Polynesian dance-inspired classes to Silver&Fit fitness facilities and members nationwide.
Through the HOT HULA fitness MATUA program, fitness facilities contracted with Silver&Fit can offer the 45-minute class inspired by the dances of the Pacific islands. The class focuses on increasing core strength and definition to help older adults with balance and fall prevention. Facilities providing this unique experience for older adults may benefit by attracting new members seeking alternative exercise class options, potentially enhancing facility revenues.
Since 2007, Silver&Fit has offered health plans fitness and health education activities for their Medicare-eligible members and group retirees who join Silver&Fit to improve their quality of life and reduce health risks through regular exercise. The program provides eligible members with a fully or partially subsidized fitness membership through a broad network of over 11,000 contracted fitness facilities nationwide, including national chains and YMCAs, as well as smaller, local community exercise centers.
