Mike Whalen, president and CEO of Heart of America Group (HOA) commissioned the design and development of its newest concept nearly two years ago employing the talents of HOA’s architects, designers, and operators.
Renovo- stemming from the Latin word meaning “to refresh, renew and revitalize” provided the guiding principles for the development of the hotel brand.
Invoking inspiration from an urban farm theme, guests will be greeted by a modern sweeping “front porch” situated under twin gables. The 102 room full service property features a vibrant restaurant and bar, Carrera marble floors, an outdoor Bocce Ball court under market style lighting, fire bowl and a Washington Apple orchard. Guests will refresh with Beekman 1802 Goat’s milk bath products, renew with crafted cocktails and chef inspired cuisine and revitalize in a 5,800 square foot aquatic center.
Business and private events can be hosted in one of two meeting areas configured with state of the art A/V. The space is cleverly housed behind reclaimed barn wood sliders.
Known for delivering an alternative to “run of the mill” hotels, HOA designers have succeeded in creating a transformative space beckoning guests from around the globe.
