How To Be Unapologetically True to One's Self
PHILADELPHIA (PRWEB) March 14, 2015 -- Today is the perfect day for anyone to be who they always were meant to be.
In her new book “The Me I Never Was,” author Francine C. Still Hicks gives the reader the tools and confidence to discover the person they should be. She pulls from personal experiences and her professional background to teach others ways to develop their true selves and stray from society’s labels.
“I know the pain of struggling to be my true self with family and associates not understanding who I am inside,” Still Hicks said. “I wish to bring enlightenment to humanity through the eyes of my soul.”
“The Me I Never Was” is a guide to self-discovery meant to inspire and motivate others to stray from stereotypes and labels.
Still Hicks is an active artist, author, musician, inspirational speaker and historical lecturer. She says she has often felt the pressure of society, friends and family members to act a certain way or be a certain person. She turned to self-love and fulfillment to become the person she was truly meant to be.
“I love people and life,” Still Hicks said. “If I can motivate and inspire people that have not found their true self, my life’s mission would be fulfilled.”
