HR Certification Institute Announces Alliance With Employer Associations of America
Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) June 05, 2015 -- HR Certification Institute (HRCI), the premier HR credentialing organization dedicated to setting the standard for HR mastery and excellence around the globe, today announced an alliance with the Employer Associations of America (EAA). EAA will join the growing list of strategic partners who promote HRCI certifications, namely the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®). The alliance will also provide expanded support and recertification credit options to HR professionals working in any of EAA’s 33 member associations and their member companies currently participating in the program.
“EAA is our largest partner to date, and this collaboration sends a powerful message that HRCI continues to realize growing partner support of HRCI certifications," said Amy Schabacker Dufrane, Ed.D., SPHR, CAE. “HRCI, like EAA, is continuously looking for ways to support HR professionals in seeing the broader impact they have on their organizations.”
“This alliance leverages the vision of the EAA to support our members to maximize workforce performance and HRCI’s mission to develop and deliver the highest quality certification programs that contribute to the continued improvement of individual and organizational performance," said Vicki Vought, Executive Director, Employer Associations of America.
Added Bruce Clarke, CEO of Capital Associated Industries in North Carolina (CAI) and EAA Board member, “We feel very strongly about providing timely communication, education, training, advice and development to our members, and since so many of them are HR professionals themselves, we believe this relationship will be a ‘win-win’ for everyone.”
Specifically, the alliance will enable HRCI-certified HR professionals who are actively engaged with an EAA member association to earn recertification credits in a variety of ways and at a cost savings, all in support of their continuing education. It also will provide HRCI certificants the opportunity to attend EAA events and give them access to other EAA services. Twenty-four of the 33 EAA member associations have already endorsed the alliance.
