Huge Crowd Turns Out for Mendon, IL Colt Ford Benefit Concert Sponsored by Best Drug Rehabilitation
(PRWEB) April 24, 2014 -- Thousands of cheering country music fans rocked the night away on April 19 in Mendon, IL at a special Colt Ford benefit concert that was made possible by a donation from the event’s Diamond Sponsor, Best Drug Rehabilitation.
The concert, which also featured Kyle Grubb, the Voice’s Jared Blake, Trailer Choir, and other special guests, was held at the Adams County Fairground and raised funds to support Mendon’s Unity Schools.
"In my business any therapy is good therapy," commented Best Drug Rehabilitation’s CEO Per Wickstrom in an interview with KHQA-TV, the CBS affiliate for the Tri-States area of Western Illinois, Northeastern Missouri, and Southeastern Iowa. “Music. Art. Sports. Because it creates purpose. It gives the individual a choice, abilities, so he doesn't get off school and go home and have nothing to do.”
Also in attendance for the concert were the lucky winners of Best Drug Rehabilitation’s contest, who enjoyed complimentary tickets plus exclusive backstage passes.
Added Per Wickstrom: “We’re fierce advocates of helping today’s children develop into tomorrow’s leaders, and we couldn’t be more thrilled and honored to have been part of this amazing concert!”
