Hundreds Attend Clubhouse Grand Opening at K. Hovnanian's® Four Seasons at Parkland

Current residents participated in the event side-by-side with guests and offered practical, first-hand information on community life.
“The beauty of it is, there are activities almost every day, but you can pick and choose what you want to participate in,” said Ken Brager, a homeowner in the community. “So I can say for me, I love the gym, I love the clubhouse and I interact at the social events. That’s what I like to do. I don’t play cards, but they do have poker here for guys that do, and there are art classes as well. So there is a lot of flexibility. You can be as active as you want to be.”
The new clubhouse will anchor the celebrated lifestyle afforded residents at K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Parkland, giving them a central gathering place for recreation, social events and relaxation. The dramatic recreational hub features a grand ballroom with raised stage, a café, a grand foyer, a community room, fully-equipped fitness center and a yoga/Zumba/mat Pilates studio. In fact, about 19 women are going to see the new movie Book Club this week. We are doing it as a group and having dinner too. It’s amazing how many friends I’ve been able to make in such a short period of time living in this community.”
