With offices already in Hampton, Williamsburg and Gloucester, the firm's fourth office is now open in Portsmouth. Mark Stallings is head of the new office. While Mark will work primarily from Portsmouth, he (like the other attorneys in the firm) will work from the Hunter office that is most convenient for the client.
