The City Life:

The Country:

The Coast:
Islands are normally famed for their coasts. This island has completely revitalized the concept of coastal living. Along the more manicured west coast, mountains slope down towards the sea. Here a series of resorts like Port Andrax have built themselves up around the natural contours, coves and opportunities of the coast.
The eastern side feels much more wild. Rugged, untamed beaches roll one into the next with expanses of ivory white sand and powder blue waters to create a surfer’s paradise. Stumbling upon an old beach shack selling fresh coffee or chargrilled fish is the icing on the cake.
The south coast is different again with hidden coves and sparkling turquoise waters filled with colourful fish, making this coast perfect for snorkeling. Es Trenc is where the purest of natural salts - Flor de Sal – is still harvested by rake and hand. On either side, ports and marinas with top-class refit and repair amenities dot the coastline. Sailing boats and yachts happily traverse from one to another. Different ways of life mix effortlessly to create a truly unique and beautiful destination.
