Hyatt Regency Sarasota Hotel Announces New Executive Chef, Kory Foltz
Sarasota, FL (PRWEB) October 30, 2013 -- Hyatt Regency Sarasota appoints Chef Kory Foltz as Executive Chef at the iconic Sarasota hotel. Chef Foltz has held positions with Hyatt for eight years, and most recently was based at nearby Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.
Chef Foltz’s culinary background includes a degree from Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, where he concentrated on Culinary Arts and International Baking and Pastry. While at Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, Chef Foltz held positions as Culinary Team Lead, Culinary Supervisor, Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef.
