Doug Ottersberg is a lifelong entrepreneur. His depth of business and investment knowledge comes from hands-on experience owning a variety of businesses and investment real estate.
In 1994, he made two decisions that changed his life forever. First, he sold a computer maintenance company in Los Angeles, CA to purchase a manufactured home community in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Second, he journeyed to (Old) Mexico to ask his girlfriend Ana’s parents for her hand in marriage. (They all said yes!) Since then Doug and Ana have worked side by side building their businesses and raising a family. Along the way they have added additional manufactured home communities to their portfolio, a manufactured home dealership and finance company, as well as investments in single family homes and land.
Success didn’t always come easy. Looking for help to overcome a block in their progress, Doug attended a personal development seminar and immediately knew that he’d found his calling. Witnessing his results and those of others as they applied their newfound knowledge led him to seek additional training as a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner and Success Coach. He also went on to host the very same seminar he’d attended all over the United States and internationally, assisting others to transform their lives by training them to use the same skills that had made such an impact in his own life and that of his family.
