In addition to Secretary Murray and Vice Chairman Rudolph, numerous members of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce joined with Scott Holland and i-lighting employees in the official ribbon-cutting ceremony that offered presentations celebrating the company’s “outstanding entrepreneurial business development.” This included an Official Citation from The Maryland General Assembly, a Proclamation from the County Council of Cecil County in Maryland and the presentation of a VOLT small business loan awarded through Maryland's Small, Minority and Women-Owned Business loan fund.
