ICW Group Appoints Gina Douglas Head of Texas Market
SAN DIEGO (PRWEB) June 11, 2015 -- ICW Group Insurance Companies, a group of property and casualty carriers, named Gina Douglas branch manager of Texas. Based in Austin, Texas, she will oversee business development, agent outreach, and workers’ compensation underwriting in the state. ICW Group began actively writing workers’ compensation business in Texas in 2013. A Texas veteran, Douglas will continue building on the company’s momentum in the state and further drive brand awareness among agents and policyholders.

Prior to joining ICW Group, Douglas served as underwriting director at EMPLOYERS, a monoline workers’ compensation carrier, where she successfully built relationships with an agency plant in 11 states and drove a profitable book of business. A respected thought leader, Douglas has served as an expert witness on workers’ compensation cases and testified at the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings.
