ID Technology Launches New ci3000 Series Range of CIJ Printers
Fort Worth, TX (PRWEB) October 22, 2014 -- ID Technology, powered by Pro Mach, a leading provider of labeling, coding and marking solutions, has announced the availability of the latest update to the well-proven ciSeries range of continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers from Citronix – the ci3000 Series.
The Citronix ci3000 Series printers will be shown for the first time at Pack Expo International in ID Technology’s booth; N-5406.
In the United States, Citronix printers are available exclusively from ID Technology and this next generation high-speed small character inkjet printer includes the ci3200, ci3300, ci3500 and ci3650 models, which build on the success of the previous ciSeries machines.
Citronix printers are well known for being robust, easy to use and simple to maintain and the new product line builds on this legacy.
The key features of the previous models are migrated to the new ci3000 Series and some significant enhancements have been made to the fluidics system, electronics, and software that result in CIJ printers of impeccable print capability, reliability, and value.
The 30-month warranty and service interval of 6,000 hours guarantees quality performance and reduced planned downtime. Extended warrantees are also available under ID Technology’s Covered! program. Print quality and speed capabilities have improved significantly with the introduction of the new ciPrecisionPlus smooth step control – resulting in more accurate drop placement.
Improvements in the fluidics system include integrated manifolds, larger tanks, and error proof 750ml bottles – no more worries about adding the fluids to the wrong tank. There is no need to open the cabinet or to stop printing to add fluids. The cabinet is designed to IP55 standards (IP65 in the case of the ci3650) and fitted with ruggedized conduit to ensure robustness in the toughest industrial environments.
The intuitive graphical user interface offers expanded wizards to ease onscreen setup directions and message setup. The keypad is also simplified with a new more intuitive key layout.
