Idaho’s High Divorce Rate Calls for Pre-Litigation Mediation According to Leading Divorce Mediator David Johnson
Idaho Falls, ID (PRWEB) July 11, 2014 -- Noting that Idaho’s divorce rate of 4.9 per 1,000 Idahoans puts the state in fifth place nationwide for divorces, one of Idaho’s leading family law practitioners, David Johnson, has publicly called for new ideas for approaching divorce. Knowing that almost all couples going through divorce will be required by the judge to try mediation, Johnson recommends that divorcing couples use a trained mediator before they file for divorce. Mediation is most often the best vehicle for creating a divorce settlement.
