Ideal CU to Hold Home Education Seminars this Fall
Woodbury MN (PRWEB) September 14, 2015 -- Ideal Credit Union will host two free Home Education Seminars this fall. The first, a Home Selling seminar, set for Saturday, September 26 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m., will guide attendees through the process of selling a home with confidence. Ideal CU Mortgage Loan Advisor Kathy Glashan, along with guest realtor Karen Stang of Carriage Realty and Beth Marlette of Adobe Home Staging & Design, will discuss the dos and don’ts of the home selling process, tips and tricks to optimize your profit and more.
The second free event, a Home Buying seminar on Thursday, October 8 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., will provide attendees with the information they need to confidently take the next step toward homeownership. Ideal CU Mortgage Loan Advisor Kathy Glashan, along with Karen Lanz of Edina Realty and Rick Wilson of WIN Home Inspections, will discuss the ins and outs to becoming pre-approved, evaluating your credit, selecting the right realtor, finding the right home and much more.
Both seminars will be held at the credit union’s Woodbury office at 8499 Tamarack Road. All attendees will be included in a drawing to win a $50 Home Depot gift card.
