Existing clients will be able to use the online portal, called MyIdealTax, for uploading/downloading documents, case number look-up, viewing their payment history, updating their payment method, and even chatting with an agent via the online chat feature embedded within the portal. Clients using the portal will also be able to schedule an email or telephone tax settlement case update.
“This is a game-changer for not only the tax resolution industry, but for our clientele as a whole. Many people are too busy or can’t come into the office during business hours to drop off or pick up documents, for example,” Khatib states. “Clients will no longer have to get off work early to come in."
The secure portal will be available seven days a week around the clock, making it even more convenient for clients to follow their case and to provide the necessary paperwork to keep their tax resolution case moving forward with no delays.
