Minoa, New York (PRWEB) December 31, 2013 -- IdentaMe Labels is in the process of moving to the former site of the Minoa Library in order to make room for its rapid expansion. The move will allow IdentaMe Labels to add equipment and hire new staff members to help support the growing demand for the company’s products.
Formerly located at 386 S. Main Street, IdentaMe Labels began as a small digital printing company that specialized in signs and banners. When the company’s founders discovered a thin vinyl that had an extra-strong adhesive, they began formulating the concept of a product that could be used to label any item.
Since that time, IdentaMe Labels has grown rapidly, with its products being used to label everything from clothing to toys. Because the labels are so durable, they can even be used in the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, making them an ideal choice for parents. The growth in demand has led the company to rapidly outgrow its previous office location, which led to the decision to move to a new office.
The location at 112 Willard Street has sentimental value for the company’s co-founder, Gail Greiner, who grew up in Minoa. Greiner, who was part of a family of avid readers, spent quite a bit of time at the Minoa Library as a child. Prior to becoming the Minoa community library, the building served as a school for kindergartners, and several of Greiner’s siblings attended school there.
“It’s great to be growing a business in the small town where I grew up,” says Greiner. “Our new offices are less than a mile from where I lived as a kid and my brother owns the local hardware store, which is literally a stone’s throw away on Main Street.”
The move will allow IdentaMe Labels to add workers in order to help support operations. The company has gained an increase in customers as word of mouth spreads about the company’s products. Parents are especially interested in IdentaMe Labels, which are available in a variety of designs ideal for sticking on clothing, coats, lunch boxes and electronics, as well as toys, backpacks, sports equipment and more. The labels have also caught on with folks that have had to place a relative or loved one in a nursing home or care facility. Labeling clothing and personal belongings is essential to ensure things make it back to the right room at the end of every day. Senior centers have also realized the benefit of using the labels to keep resident items separate.
Consumers don’t have to buy large sets of labels to order from IdentaMe Labels. The company allows orders of as small as one page. The more labels a customer buys, though, the more of a bargain each page is, but many shoppers opt to buy one page each of several different designs to create variety. This is especially useful for families with multiple children, since labels can be ordered that match each child’s unique personality. Labels are also available to denote a child who suffers from an allergy, specifying whether the allergy is to bee stings, nuts, dairy, or gluten.
