IDI Gazeley Bolsters Investment Team with New Hires

Brian Gagne, Michael Coppola and Zach McHugh bring unique experience and expertise to the IDI Gazeley investment team and will support efforts in the Northeast and West regions.

IDI Gazeley brought on Brian Gagne as senior vice president of regional investments in the company’s Los Angeles market office. He comes to IDI Gazeley with more than 10 years of experience sourcing industrial acquisition and development opportunities. For the past nine years, Brian served as senior vice president – investments at KTR Capital Partners. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance and Evaluation.
Michael Coppola, vice president of investments in IDI Gazeley’s newly-established New York market office, brings a wealth of investment support experience to industrial projects in the Northeast. Most recently, he served as vice president of investments at KTR Capital Partners in New York. There, he managed the acquisition of more than $700 million of industrial real estate, including many projects within the markets served by the newly-established New Jersey office.
Zach McHugh rounds out the trio as investment analyst in IDI Gazeley’s New York market office. He recently served as an investment analyst at KTR Capital Partners. He performed extensive valuation analyses for industrial real estate acquisition and development investment opportunities.
