iHire Wins Breastfeeding-Friendly Workplace Award
Frederick, Maryland (PRWEB) November 25, 2016 -- The D.C. and Maryland Breastfeeding Coalitions (DCBFC and MDBFC) announced the recipients of their 7th Annual Regional Breastfeeding-Friendly Workplace Awards on Friday, November 18, 2016. DCBFC and MDBFC are nonprofit organizations which unite breastfeeding advocates, healthcare providers, and families. iHire was recognized with the Gold-Level Workplace Award (Small Size Business).
This year’s winners made up the largest and most diverse group in the award program’s history. Businesses were judged on their size and the accommodations they provided to breastfeeding employees. Based on the number of amenities and processes to support breastfeeding, businesses received the awards at Gold, Silver, or Bronze level.
