iLab Solutions Announces New Webinar Series for Customers
Boston, MA (PRWEB) December 16, 2015 -- Beginning in January 2016, iLab Solutions will host the first of many webinars, web-based instructional seminars. iLab customers are encouraged to join and listen as members of the iLab team provide information and instruction and answer questions on a variety of topics. The webinars will be provided free of charge, with attendees being able to call in by phone or join from any computer with internet access. Targeted at both those new to the iLab product as well as more seasoned users, these sessions aim to foster growth, experience, and comfort in and with the iLab system.
The first webinar takes place on Wednesday, January 20th, and covers the basics of the iLab system. Specifically, attendees will learn about topics such as scheduling, service requests, the navigation menu, and the homepage, followed by a Q&A session. From that point, the webinars become more focused, with the second meeting dedicated to the basics of the billing process. In these sessions, iLab users will learn some of the best practices so they can make the most of the iLab system.
“We can’t wait to get these webinars started,” stated Sarah Becker, iLab Director of Core Implementations and webinar host. “Not only will users have their questions answered in real time, but they’ll learn the ins and outs of new and existing features. I’m glad we’re able to provide opportunities for our customers to continue learning about their powerful tools after the initial implementation. As our product evolves, it just makes sense to keep our partners up to speed. We have a great relationship with our users, and we look forward to helping them in exciting new ways.”
iLab Basics, Billing Basics, and Custom Forms are among the scheduled topics for upcoming sessions, with more to be announced in 2016. Through these closer and more personal settings, iLab aims to build relationships and strengthen connections with its partners. Additionally, the company looks forward to seeing its product used to its fullest potential, expediting research breakthroughs and the advancement of science.
