ImagingElements Enables Meaningful Use Participation for Over 300 Radiologists
(PRWEB) November 19, 2013 -- ImagingElements a provider of cloud based Meaningful Use services for Radiology has grown its customer base to over 300 participating radiologists since installing its first Meaningful Use client earlier this year.
These radiologists are in practice settings ranging from small independent radiology practices to national service provider organizations. The company’s customers are poised to collect over $4.5m in government incentives for the 2013 reporting period.
The practices have implemented the cloud based Element MU certified EHR service to collect and attest to Meaningful Use objectives.
Medical X-Ray Consultants a 12 Radiologist practice located in Eau Claire WI, providing service to multiple healthcare facilities, has implemented the ImagingElements service. “ImagingElements has provided us outstanding support at every level of our process including a comprehensive set of policy templates to help guide our workflow transformation and help us collect the required evidence in the event of an audit.” According to Wells Mangrum M.D.

Wake Radiology, a 50 Radiologist practice headquartered in Raleigh, NC and servicing the Research Triangle area with imaging services has also implemented ElementMU. "We wanted a plan that would allow us to participate in the Meaningful Use program. We realized we needed help adapting the objectives of the program to radiology and ensuring we had all the right workflows in place. Imaging Elements brought their expertise and software to the table and helped us craft a process that enabled us to meet the objectives of Meaningful Use." States Ron Mitchell, CIO.
ImagingElements is also expanding its portfolio with the launch of their ElementPt solution, a cloud based patient engagement platform. ElementPT extends existing IT platforms into the mobile environment patient reminders and the patient entry of meaningful use data in advance of their visit. ElementPt also supports patient access to health records; secure communications on mobile devices and practice level marketing activities. ElementPt can be used together with the ImagingElements Meaningful Use solution, or to extend existing IT platforms.
“We’re pleased with our first year progress.” says Bob Cooke, CEO, “We’re getting our existing clients ready for 2014 and have a number of new clients already planning for participation in Meaningful Use for 2014.
