iManage Unveils Enhancements to Core Solutions at ILTACon 2015
Las Vegas, Nevada (PRWEB) August 31, 2015 -- iManage, the leading provider of work product management solutions for legal, accounting, government and financial services firms, today announced significant product enhancements to its core products: iManage Work (document and email management), iManage Share (secure file sharing), iManage Insight (enterprise search and analytics) and iManage Govern (records and information governance). Available in the upcoming Winter 2015 release, slated for November, 2015, these enhancements are focused on improving users experience with core product functionality across all products, improving user productivity and increasing users’ satisfaction.
Specifically, iManage concentrated this first set of product improvements on modernizing the user interface for iManage Work, specifically FileSite and DeskSite, improving email management suggestions and WorkSite Communication Server performance, and enriching matter center collaboration (MCC) task flows with improved search, streamlining application integration and more.

Core Enhancements Improve Productivity and User Satisfaction
• iManage Work, the industry-leading document and email management system, enables professionals to manage and access all engagement-related documents and communications streams in a single project-specific workspace, securely accessible from anywhere, on any device. iManage has strengthened the core by modernizing the user interface on FileSite and DeskSite for Windows 10, Office 2016, and Microsoft Surface devices. Additionally, iManage Work will be integrated with Office 365 desktop support and with MS Exchange online. The new release also features enhanced ‘suggested filing’ for emails and enhanced email management performance.
• iManage Share helps professionals easily extend workspaces to external parties and collaborators with fully integrated, secure file sharing and large email attachment delivery. Upgrades include the ability to create co-branded virtual worksites, matter-specific dashboards to improve visibility and governance, and as easy integration with Microsoft Outlook contacts as well as support for sub-folders for complex matters. Additional enhancements to usability, administration, governance, and security have also been made.
• iManage Insight allows professionals to gain greater insight into client engagements and improve the quality of work product by leveraging powerful content search and analytics across hundreds of different software systems, databases and web sites. Recent enhancements include: enhanced preview, result sorting and document rendition, new personalized search settings, search hit highlighting and new WYSIWYG administration tools, designed to reduce the friction and cost in upgrading to new versions of iManage Insight. The upcoming product improvements planned for the Winter 2015 release include enhanced deployment tools and support for mobile devices.
• iManage Govern allows legal professionals to manage the long-term archiving and disposition of physical and electronic information in accordance with internal organizational policies, client or government regulatory requirements to reduce cost and enterprise risk. New features include search and reporting enhancements, enhanced barcode operations, and many other user requested enhancements. Upcoming features include retention and disposition workflows and external warehouse integration.
