Immigration Webinar for Tier 1 Entrepreneur migrants
(PRWEB UK) 28 January 2014 -- Immigration solicitors Kadmos Consultants are running a series of fortnightly immigration webinars addressing various aspects of UK immigration system and the hurdles associated with particular types of visas.
The first event in the series will address the question contained in its title: “How to avoid the most common errors in extending Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa in the UK”. The webinars will be broadcast live on Google Hangouts on Air on Thursday, 30th January 2014, at 4 pm and will be free for all participants. Members of the public will be invited to ask questions during and after the presentation.
According to Helena Sheizon, senior immigration lawyer and director of Kadmos Consultants, “it is extremely frustrating both for the advising solicitors and the clients if we have to tell the client that they do not meet the requirements of the immigration rules for a trivial error which would have been so easy to correct if it had not been too late”. The webinar aims to give migrants a heads up on what they need to know well before they complete their visa extension form.
The webinar will also address the challenges of immigration appeals related to PBS applications and will discuss the role of immigration solicitors and accountants in the preparation of applications.
