Implementing the Universal Language of Love
DALLAS (PRWEB) April 20, 2016 -- With various religious conflicts occurring in the world today, it might be easy to overlook the founding tenet of every faith: love.
In their new book, “Faith, Hope, and Love,” Sarojini and Shyam Kanagala discuss how love and other ideologies can be used to create constructive interfaith dialogues between religions as well as how to develop a more fulfilling relationship with God. The Kanagalas have relied on the principles of the late Indian guru, Sri Sathya Sai Baba, who helped shape their views on God and spirituality.
“When the heart is pure, our thoughts, words, feelings and actions are all transformed,” Shyam Kanagala said. “Our life as well as those around us can then be full of peace and harmony.”
They also document their personal journey of faith, following their immigration to the United States. After moving to a foreign country, they struggled to adapt to American culture and faced financial burdens. The Kanagalas credit their belief in God with helping them during those hardships in their life. By sharing their personal story of faith, they aim to help improve readers’ spirituality regardless of what religion they practice.
“Life is not merely about struggling to earn a livelihood; but it is more for living, learning and loving,” Sarojini Kanagala said.
