Imprezzio Inc Awarded Patent for LeadFlowPro Software
Spokane, WA (PRWEB) January 22, 2014 -- Research and development staff at Imprezzio became aware of the need for improved lead flow management software a number of years ago. Now, they've patented it. Says Kelly Birr, Imprezzio’s CIO and R&D Chief, “In a competitive market, many organizations are competing for the same sales leads, especially Internet leads. Unfortunately, up to 25% of the leads commonly received have significant quality issues.” Birr says bad leads include duplicates, incorrect information, existing customers, and unwanted leads stemming from a generic profile not specifically tailored to a client’s needs. Fair distribution is another issue which can arise. Birr says Imprezzio’s automated system provides a comprehensive solution addressing each of the problems identified above.
Adds Imprezzio President Russell Page, “Our technology stands out from the competition because it is truly the most resilient and has almost real-time capability. There have been times when an Imprezzio customer’s internal system has gone down, and we’ve been able to replay their entire lead delivery process to ensure that they didn’t lose a single opportunity.
LeadFlowPro increases speed-to-lead time, says Page. “It allows salespeople to call customers right after they’ve filled out an online form. Sometimes they haven’t even closed their web browsers yet! Compare that to the frustration of waiting days or even weeks for a response.”
Page lists three additional major advantages of the software:
- Granularity
- Liability Protection
- Prediction Before Commitment
LeadFlowPro is Granular
“A competing system might look for female heads of households aged 40-50, with a certain income,” Page says. “Well, not every person in this category has the same interests. LeadFlowPro can be customized down to more specific, and therefore more useful, criteria. It allows rules based on additional data points around these customers so you can connect with the right people.”
LeadFlowPro is Designed With Liability in Mind
The rules applied to many marketing campaigns can be so broad that they become exclusionary, which could lead to disgruntled customers or legal difficulties, Page says. “That’s why we designed LeadFlowPro to take liability into consideration and to let you run rules like Do Not Solicit, Do Not Call and Incarceration Lists. Our service includes flagging lead providers which meet scam criteria and excluding them.”
LeadFlowPro Lets You Predict Before You Commit
“Our system has the ability to run on ‘Report Only’ mode,” Page explains. “To run hypothetical scenarios. Let’s say you’re a marketing executive with a hefty distributed sales force. Before you commit to a large-scale spend, you can play out different “what ifs” and see how the rules work within them. LeadFlowPro has the flexibility to run hypotheticals and live operations simultaneously."
It’s flexible in other ways too. “If your business has a great deal of marketing collateral, the rules engine can be configured to run different rule sets for specific customers and salespeople side-by-side.”
So what is the best thing about being awarded a patent for Imprezzio’s LeadFlowPro technology? Page says the increased media attention to is sure to help a lot of salespeople discover how to maximize their return on investment (ROI). “We plan to pursue other patents in the future,” he adds.
