Improved Downspout Extension Invented by InventHelp Client (FED-1504)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 18, 2015 -- Whether you’re employed in building maintenance or simply maintain your own home, the job of cleaning out clogged gutters and downspouts is hardly pleasant. However, there is some relief in sight thanks to an inventor from Toledo, Wash. He has devised a way to simplify the job.
He developed J ELL to help clear clogged downspouts of leaves and debris quickly and easily. At the same time it eliminates the risk of injuries to fingers and hands from sharp metal edges. Furthermore, it is easy to reposition out of the way of lawn mowers and weed trimmers. Since it’s so simple to remove, empty and reinstall, it saves considerable time and effort. It also prevents future clogs by allowing water and collected material to flow straight downward. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I was tired of constantly struggling to reattach the elbow, or L-shaped downspout extension, after removing it to clear out the material that accumulated in the gutters,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Seattle office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
