Improved Instruments Invented for Physical Therapists (BMA-4906)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 31, 2017 -- Patients experiencing soft tissue discomfort rely on physical therapists to alleviate the problem. While the tools used for this treatment are effective for the patient, they cause undue hand strain for the therapists. Fortunately, an inventor from Natick, Mass., has found a way to meet the needs of both the patient and the clinician.
He developed a prototype for SOFT TISSUE MASSAGE TOOLS to provide a more comfortable tool for clinicians massaging soft tissue trouble areas for patients. As such, it eliminates thumb and hand cramps for the therapists administering this treatment. Thus, it is easier to use than conventional soft tissue treatment instruments. As a result, it improves the productivity of physical therapists for better patient care. Other appealing features of this invention are its ergonomic design, light weight and durability. In addition, it is convenient, effective and affordably priced. It's also useful for occupational therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors and athletic trainers.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “While having physical therapy, I learned from the therapist that conventional instruments used to treat soft tissue dysfunction and myofascial buildup cause hand cramps and hand fatigue for the clinicians administering the treatment,” he said. “So I decided to invent a more ergonomic alternative.”
