PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) October 24, 2017 -- Most users may not pay attention to the blade position in the razor they use. However, to an inventor from Logansport, Ind., it did matter since he wanted a better shave. So he adjusted the blade and made a discovery he wanted to share.
He developed the patent-pending OFFSET RAZOR to provide a smoother shave than possible with conventional straight razors. In other words, it facilitates a closer shave by allowing the blades to slide into the hair for a larger cutting surface than with existing blades. At the same time, it lengthens the life of the blade, making it more economical. This invention is also safe and easy to use, maintain and store. Other reasons for its appeal are its convenience, effectiveness and affordable price. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “When I shave, I always angle the blades for a better shave,” he said. “So I thought ‘Why not make the razors with the blades already at an angle?’”
The original design was submitted to the Indianapolis office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
