Inaugural Campfire Outdoor Adventure and Music Festival Presented By Zippo Announced Lineup and Early Bird Tickets
Lakewood, PA (PRWEB) April 17, 2014 -- The Campfire Outdoor Adventure and Music Festival announced today that Zippo, famous for its iconic pocket lighters, willbe the presenting sponsor for the festival’s inaugural year, held Labor Day Weekend, August 29, 30, 31 in Lakewood, PA.
The Campfire Outdoor Adventure and Music Festival presented by Zippo has been carefully conceptualized to be a multi-faceted event. In addition to musical performances, festival attendees can partake in an array of summer camp-themed activities including rock climbing, land and lake obstacle courses, and team sports. Combining the Campfire Festival vision with Zippo’s success in engaging music fans, as well as its diverse product line including a robust offering of heat and flame products for outdoor enthusiasts, will provide a uniquely catered experience for music fans and recreationists alike.

Campfire Festival headliners include Charles Bradley, Delta Spirit, and Lake Street Dive. Committed to supporting independent and emerging talent, Campfire Festival lineup also features Langhorne Slim, Bronze Radio Return, Spirit Family Reunion, Amy Helm, and Toy Soldiers. Fifteen-plus more national and regional acts will be announced periodically over the next month. Artists will perform on multiple stages, including a main stage concert field, beach and woods stages. Zippo will also host performances on its acoustic stage.
Campfire Festival offers a wide variety of interactive attractions and workshops by local artisans, educators and craft makers. There is a range of accommodations to choose from, including private luxury cabins, hostel-style shared bunks, and general admission tent camping.
