After an earthquake destroyed the casinos’ encoders, Dedalus was charged with finding a reliable, stable and cost-effective IPTV solution to deliver a superior video experience. Inca has provided Casino Dreams with Inca Encoder and Receiver units to receive signals from the local cable TV operator, encode them to IP single program transport streams (SPTS) and deliver clear, consistent TV channels across their in-house resort network.
The ease of use of the video delivery equipment was key to Casino Dreams. With Inca encoders, the resort has been able to streamline the configuration and operation of the equipment making it an ideal solution for the casino IT operators.
