InDemand Interpreting Partners with Providence Health & Services to Provide On-Demand Translation Support for Improved Patient Care

Providence clinicians will use VRI to expand access to high-quality care by improving patient-provider communications.
The United States health care environment is becoming increasingly more diverse. As the population increases and the U.S. healthcare environment becomes more diverse, the need for translation services is critical to ensure all patients, regardless of language, receive the highest quality of care.
