Aldershot, Hampshire (PRWEB UK) 22 April 2015 -- Hi Speed Services Limited are celebrating their twenty-ninth birthday this month. The independent transport company was established in April 1986 as a local courier company with a single vehicle and member of staff, and has since developed into a national organisation employing seventy-five people and offering UK and international deliveries, storage and IT logistics services.
The Hi Speed fleet now boasts sixty-five vehicles, ranging from cars and small vans to forty-four foot articulated lorries.
To celebrate the arrival of their twenty-ninth year in business, Hi Speed have invested in a 20,000 square foot warehouse to improve storage and delivery facilities as well as purchasing a new trailer to navigate heavily built-up areas.
The success of Hi Speed services, according to Managing Director Ian Dawkins, is their focus on customer service and treating staff well so that they then pass this caring attitude on to clients.
“Customer retention is very high and often our customers move onto to different companies and take our services with them, whilst we carry on working with their former company.” Ian commented.
“As we enter into our thirtieth year of trading, helping charities will be a major target, with us already committed to sponsoring the 2015 Samfest charity for lots of local charities including the Phyllis Tuckwell hospice.” He added.
