During the gala, which took place on June 10th 2014 at the Andrew W. Melon Auditorium, the global health education and humanitarian assistance organization announced the 2014 recipients of the Project HOPE Global Health Awards. The awards are presented to individuals and organizations whose achievements and daily contributions support the core mission of Project HOPE: to make long-term sustainable health care available in communities around the world, especially those most in need.
The theme of the gala was “HOPE for the Future,” and highlighted Project HOPE’s achievements and future plans in its Women’s and Children’s Health practice area.
