Indonesian Mega-Star Joins Powered by WiFi Wireless, Inc. Distribution Team

(OTCMKTS: WFWL) announced today that it has entered into a Distribution Agreement with international star Agnez Mo, also known as Agnes Monica, who received the Best Asian Artist Award, at the Mnet Asian Music Awards in South Korea, in 2012. Mo, an electrifying singer and dancer, enjoys a strong fan base and is popular well beyond Indonesia, including Taiwan, South Korea and the United States.
Agnez will promote the sales of WiFi Wireless products and services through social media and live special events. Mo’s social media following is impressive, including 14.7 million Twitter followers, 6.7 million followers on Instagram, and 5.3 million Facebook Likes. Agnez will act as spokesperson, brand ambassador and promoter of the Company’s products, with the intention of converting her fan base into subscribers of the products and services offered by WiFi Wireless, triggering ongoing royalties and equity in the Company.
WiFi Wireless is designing a special pricing strategy for Indonesia to meet the market needs, and is building Agnez a custom app and website, designed for her distribution channel, which will be accompanied by a landing page for sales of the pre-paid service. Mo is part of Mike "Daddy" Evans' U-Talk team, "Powered by WiFi Wireless, Inc."
WiFi Wireless, Inc. Chairman, Gene Curcio, stated that WiFi’s Wireless International Mobile Service allows any modern smartphone to be used for cellular services and Internet access without a dedicated WiFi connection. Phone service “Powered by WiFi Wireless, Inc.,” should not be confused with traditional VoIP service which requires a "hot spot" or a conventional Internet connection. Curcio identified an emerging trend where celebrities in the music industry are leveraging their huge fan base for product-based profit, extending beyond normal entertainment channels. WiFi Wireless, Inc., has placed itself squarely in this trend, enabling celebrities to create an ongoing revenue stream, while promoting a unique, cost-effective service. WiFi Wireless services include unlimited voice, text, and data, available internationally, as a downloadable smart phone app, or SIM card. In 2013, an estimated 24 percent (24%) of mobile phone users in Indonesia owned a smartphone, and this figure is projected to more than double to 53 percent, by 2017. The number of mobile phone users in the country stood at around 173 million in 2013 and will rise to over 195 million people by 2017. This means that a projected 103.5 million people in Indonesia will own a smartphone in 2017, equivalent to 37.5 percent of the entire population, and is expected to continue to grow. Curcio indicated that this bodes well for regional growth and a bright future globally for the Company.

About Agnez Mo: Agnes Monica Muljoto (born 1 July 1986), known by her stage name Agnez Mo, is an Indonesian singer and actress. Born in Jakarta, she started her career in the entertainment industry at the age of six as a child singer. She has recorded three children's albums and became a presenter of several children's television programs.
