Industrial Emergency Services, LLC Opens Facility in St. James Parish, Louisiana
Baton Rouge, Louisiana (PRWEB) June 18, 2015 -- Industrial Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) (http://www.iesllc.com) announced today that the company will open a new facility in St. James Parish, Louisiana on the West Bank of the Mississippi River in July 2015. The facility will serve as the IES St. James Industrial Fire Station, to support the existing customer base in the area and provide fire protection solutions for new IES customers. The new Station is in cooperation with Nustar Logistics and will be housed at their St. James Terminal.
St. James Parish is home to a concentration of crude oil storage facilities and chemical plants well as new projects proposed for additional industrial facilities. IES is adding this facility to supplement its other resources in the greater Baton Rouge area.
“This new industrial fire station not only allows IES to better support our existing customers, but will also allow us to provide support to the growing industrial facilities in the St. James area—with preventative, consulting and response services. The station will be staffed by professional industrial & marine fire fighters who are also trained in confined space & high angle rescue, emergency medical, hazardous materials and industrial safety. The station will be equipped with specialized industrial emergency response equipment for industrial, marine and rail firefighting which will benefit the industrial facilities in the area,” said IES President & Fire Chief, Tom Henning.
