Industry Veteran Matt Healey Adds Unique Perspectives to TBR Research and Services

Healey brings more than 20 years of experience developing and supporting client relationships in software and services. His experience as a global software and services analyst, based in the U.S. and Asia, and senior-level expertise will make him a lynchpin in the evolution of TBR’s software and cloud practices and related research areas. Healey’s initial responsibilities will include leading analysis on TBR’s unique SourceIT program, which investigates customer buying behavior by vertical industry. Additionally, Healey will be responsible for custom consulting engagements in the software space, delivering valuable insights into the alignment of customer behavior and the competitive marketplace.

Before joining TBR, Healey was based in Singapore, where he was director of Strategy and Planning, APJC for Cisco. Prior to that, he was a global research manager covering hardware and software support services with IDC before being promoted to research director of Asia Pacific Software and Services. In these roles, Healey managed teams that identified and analyzed trends impacting the Asian IT market and focused on custom market research, technical competitive analysis and go-to-market strategies. Healey holds a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
