This growth comes on the heels of the company rebranding in 2016, in which Infinity transformed into a data-driven sales agency.
“We see this growth as confirmation from the market—the old contact center model is dead. Our clients are looking for a more professional sales solution, and that’s what we’ve been able to offer since our rebranding,” says Infinity CEO Thomas Leidigh.
The new professional sales solution is Buyerlytics®, Infinity’s proprietary methodology that helps clients achieve a higher revenue target.
