Portland, Oregon (PRWEB) November 26, 2014 -- Inflow Communications is proud to announce that Mark Bilton-Smith, former President of a regional CLEC specializing in business voice and data solutions, Rio Networks, is joining Inflow’s market-leading business VoIP technologies team as new Director of Sales and Marketing.
As Director of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Bilton-Smith will focus on strengthening current opportunities across Inflow service areas as well as expanding service capabilities in new geographies.

Mr. Bilton-Smith has more than 25 years’ experience in enterprise communication solutions, data centers, and networking, and was an early adopter of VoIP and hosted telephone development and deployments.
