Infor Survey Emphasizes the Business Value of Infor ERP Channel Partners
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) December 08, 2016 -- Guide Technologies ranked highest among Info direct and fellow channel partners in a recent satisfaction survey of Infor ERP customers. The survey showed the benefits of using a partner to implement an Infor enterprise resource planning solution vs. Infor direct. According to the survey, channel partner customers were even happier with their Infor experience than were Infor direct sales customers.
For the Infor Customer Satisfaction Survey, customers for both direct sales and channel partner sales were asked if they agree with five statements. In four out of five statements, partner customers agreed to a higher percentage than did Infor direct sales customers. Nearly 70% of channel partner customers said Infor delivered on what they promised, and more than 2/3rds agreed that Infor made it easy for them to handle issues.
The survey emphasizes the value channel partners can bring in helping customers not just select the right software, but also to deploy it in the most effective way—while providing a seamless Infor experience.
