Innergy Corporate Yoga Grows With A New Franchise Partner in Vancouver
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) February 18, 2015 -- Astrid Trikowsky comes to Innergy Corporate Yoga as a previous small business owner and as a previous corporate business world employee. She spent 15 years commuting to a highly stressful environment and at the same time owned, managed, and produced products for her successful aromatherapy store and spa.
During this hectic and consequently unhealthy time Astrid discovered yoga - a serene and calming alternative to her daily life. Astrid’s life became truly enriched and balanced. It became such an important part of her life that she felt the need to share her love of yoga with others and help people experience the release of anxiety and stress that yoga can bring. She sold her business, reduced her hours in the corporate world and became a yoga instructor.
Upon completion of her yoga certification, she excitedly went about sharing her love of yoga with the world. Unfortunately, this once again involved commuting to many different studios in different communities, while chasing a pay cheque. She knew that there must be other options out there.
In 2014, Astrid came across Innergy Corporate Yoga, an innovative yoga company that offers corporate yoga classes within Canada. Innergy also helps yoga teachers with their strongly developed platform to allow teacher to do what they truly love – teach yoga – while earning three times the industry standard. In January 2015 she applied for the position of Vancouver and Lower Mainland area business manager, was accepted and now owns her own yoga franchise.
Astrid is able to use her experience and knowledge from both the corporate and small business worlds and apply it to Innergy’s concept. She is very enthusiastic and passionate to share her guidance and love for yoga with other teachers and to know that she has the support and mentorship of business experts to help her as she coaches her team of yoga teachers to success in Vancouver.
